Terms and Conditions:

Please ensure that you fully understand these terms and conditions before booking a band with Pure Entertainment. If you have any difficulty understanding any of these terms please contact us for clarification.

For the purposes of these terms the term "we" refers to Pure Entertainment. The term "entertainer" refers to an entertainment act who advertises their servicesfor booking through Pure Entertainment. The term "client" refers to the party looking to book or having booked an "entertainer" through Pure Entertainment.

1. Pure Entertainment acts as a finder service for entertainers. We serve only to help negotiate an agreement between entertainers and clients and are not ourselves party to the agreement. While we endeavour to help the Client and Artist negotiate an agreement on all important details related to a booking, we strongly recommend that the entertainer and client draw up a contract between themselves to agree on important items such as time, location and duration of performance etc . Please see our FAQ section for recommended items that clients and artists should agree to.

2. In order to confirm a booking an agreed deposit must be paid by the client through the booking mechanism supplied on the site. This amount will be a minimum of 20 euros and a maximum of 10 percent of the overall entertainers fee. The entertainer agrees that their fee is inclusive of all expenses , including holiday entitlements, traveling expenses to and from the venue, VAT, tax, PRSI. etc and covers any payments whatsoever due to other members of the band. The entertainer will be notified that the gig is confirmed upon receipt of this deposit. A gig will not be considered confirmed until this deposit has been received.

3. When Pure Entertainment helps to draw up an agreement between an entertainer and a client no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

4. Pure Entertainment shall under no circumstances, including but not limited to, negligence, be liable for any indirect, direct, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, profit or loss, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site. This is true even if we or one of our authorized representatives has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5.While every effort is made to ensure that all of our entertainers are reliable acts of a high standard, we cannot be held responsible for non-fulfillment of bookings, non-payment of fees or disputes related to an entertainers performance. If an entertainer cancels or is unable to perform we will, where possible replace them with an entertainer of similar price and standard. If such a replacement cannot be made Pure Entertainment will refund an amount equal to and not exceeding the full amount of the booking deposit paid by the client. In striving for customer satisfaction with all of our acts we always welcome feedback of any nature from clients in order to help ensure that all our acts are recognised to be of a high standard.

6. Any entertainer advertising their services on the site may have their account de-activated if they fail to respond promptly to notices of potential gigs. Pure Entertainment reserves the right to suspend an entertainers account without notice at any time.

7.The artist is not employed by Pure Entertainment and they are responsible for their own accounting and payment of TAX, VAT & PRSI contributions.
